Most recently, Mr. Andam founded GlobaInc to service the unbanked needs of African's and their family members in the diaspora who send them money for their needs. Seeing an opportunity in the limited services offered by global remittance companies in Africa, and the high fees charged by such organizations to consumers when transactions are conducted, Mr. Andam partnered with current Worldvuer CTO, Mr. Johan Meyer, to pioneer a concept of mobile interactive currency and remittance payout system for Africans. Globa provides transaction and mobile payment services within the continent of Africa to service the needs of the banked and unbanked. Before founding Globa, Mr. Andam was CTO of HealthRightInc, a web based personal health services software provider. Before joining HealthRight, Mr. Andam lead the original development of visual communication application suite called the VUEWare Suite, a precursor to the core applications developed by WorldVuer. Prior to founding WorldVuer, Mr. Andam established himself among video interactve software elite by leading the development of scalable distributed applications and visual interactive technologies for leading large scale technology companies worldwide.

Mr. Andam holds an MSIS in IT Management and a Database Management Certification. He also earned his Bachelor of Science Degree from Brigham Young University.

Keith Hegerhorst

Mr. Keith Hegerhorst is an professional electrical engineer and founder of Hegerhorst Power Engineering, a company based out of Utah that has been the engineering firm behind such successful projects like the Atlantis Resort, and Jurassic Park - Olando Florida. Mr. Hegerhorst has spearheaded major projects around the world including the following:

From Apr. 1987 to May 1988, Mr. Hegerhorst worked for Forsgren - Perkins Engineering Salt Lake City, Utah where he was responsible for electrical engineering and construction management for various projects including a 17 MW duel fuel generating station for Lehi Cogeneration Facility that included three diesel/natural gas generators, switchgear, substation, plant electrical complete with instrumentation and control system. He was also responsible for the deployment of a 500 kW hydroelectric generator facility for Springville City in Utah, which involved the complete electrical design, for controls and power distribution system. The site for deploying the project included SCADA control, hydro generation and pump back storage systems.

Other career highlights include working in 1984 for General Dynamics, Convair Division in San Diego, California as Senior Electrical engineer developing missile control systems. Keith before joining General Dynamics worked in 1983 at EG&G Services, Inc in Idaho Falls, Idaho and was assigned to Martin Marietta, Denver, Colorado, working on a Peacekeeper deployment design team, responsible for power systems studies on mobile transporter/emplacer. Mr. Hegerhorst graduated from the University of Utah, Salt Lake City, Utah in 1970 with a B.S. Electrical Engineering, and from Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah 1976 with a Masters of Engineering, Electrical Engineering (Emphasis in Power Systems) Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah 1975 - 1976.

David Reeve

David Reeve is the head of the WorldVuer legal team. Mr. Reeve brings over 30 years of experience as a practicing attorney and business executive to WorldVuer. Mr. Reeve was one of the initial team members that fascilitated the formation of WorldvuerInc and he has been an active member of the companies executive team since the companies inception. Mr. Reeve provides WorldVuer with the legal framework to protect its intellectual property and its organizational legal resources. Under the direction of founder of the company Mr. Kenny Andam, David has emerge out of the core group of WorldVuer executives as a progressive thinker and a solutions provider to both the legal and operations departments of the company. His work within WorldVuer has helped improve the companies legal standard with industry partners and competitors. Mr. Reeves responsibilities within the organization also includes addressing any representations that are made by employees of WorldVuer that may be detrimental to the companies vision and goals. He has championed the cause of protecting the Worldvuer brand and product suite by staying abreast with new and innovative legal concepts on intellectual property filings and also on trademark and copyright registrations.

Mr. Reeve received a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Utah State University in 1977, and a Juris Doctorate infrom Brigham Young University in 1980. He was admitted to the Utah Bar Association in 1980 and continues as a current practicing member of such. Mr. Reeve is a past president of the Utah Trial Lawyers Association and has had experience in many of the law and business settings. Mr. Reeve took the responsibility of drafting and implementing many of the initial documents and procedures that put the company on it's path for organization and success as a Corporation. Outside of his corporate duties, Mr. Reeve is also a personal advisor to Mr. Kenny Andam and has been supportive of Mr. Andam's business efforts worldwide.

Seldon Young

Seldon O. Young, Co-chairman and CEO of NEST Family Entertainment™ and a member of the BYU-Hawaii/Polynesian Cultural Center Presidents' Leadership Council, started at age 20 to produce and market such products as Animated Bible Stories for Children, Living Scriptures™, The Swan Princess - an original G-rated general release movie, and many others, including several technologically innovative services. Young, who is originally from Wyoming, has used his high energy and unique business philosophies to good effect. Mr. Young For example, believes that corporate mission statements have little meaning if employees don't know or follow them and that is why WorldVuer is proud to have him as a board member of our organization. Mr. Young has always said he likes statements that can "help you build a driving force. I decided I needed something a little different. I came up with a simple philosophy, and it starts with this: Make money, operate on core values, and have fun. I'm not joking." He added persistence and passion are also important.

Along the way in his career, Mr. Young has learned that a successful entrepreneur must "love chaos. Business is chaos." This is one of "about 20 different principles he tries to thrive on," and has brought to WorldVuer and our core directors network principles that are solidifying our business decision making for the corporation. Though more unconventional, Young pointed out he has also broken through barriers by dressing differently than the people he does business with - sort of an anti "dress for success" technique; and being a humble pest. For example, he has literally camped out all day in an attorney's offices - sometimes dressed in an aloha shirt with a folding beach chair - waiting for contracts to be signed. "I call this the Hawaiian close," he said. "You have to be persistent at it. You've got to be pesky if you want to get the deal done." Mr. Young technologically innovative, inventing the infomercial business and starting a call response center in the 1970s that eventually answered more than 50 million calls with over 4,000 employees. That business also used electronic line identification before the phone companies offered it to enterprises and consumers.

The many accomplishments that Mr. Young brings to the WorldVuer Inc board also includes his ability to acknowledge having experienced failures along the way in his career, including a chain of jewelry stores (inventory issues), a health resort (partner problems), a time share chateau in France (devalued dollars), tee shirts (employee integrity), children's books (not enough margin), and personal caller ID (the technology was too early), among others. According to him "We all have failures. I do not have a Midas touch.” He does have a "secret" that helps minimize risk, which is what he brings to WorldVuer Inc. to help exercise consistency with growth.
